കേരള പോലീസ് വകുപ്പുവക തിരുവനന്തപുരം പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള താഴെ പറയുന്ന വിവിധ വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള ടയറുകളും ട്യൂബുകളും 18-1-2012-ന് 11 മണിക്ക് പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജ് പരിസരത്തുവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്തുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് ഹാജരാകേ≠തും ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപ് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠തുമാണ്.
ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ ലേലം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് നിരതദ്രവ്യം തിരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
17-1-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി കിട്ടത്തക്കവണ്ണം സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മുഖേനയോ പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ വെള്ളക്കടലാസിൽ എഴുതി നിരതദ്രവ്യം പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ മുൻകൂർ അടച്ചതിന്റെ രസീത് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ അടച്ചതിന്റെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ''ടയറുകൾക്കും ട്യൂബുകൾക്കുമുള്ള ടെ≠ർ'' എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവർ ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.
ലേലം അവസാനിച്ചാലുടൻ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിലോ ടെ≠റിലോ കൂടുതൽ തുക കാണുന്ന ആൾക്ക് ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സംഖ്യയുടെ പകുതി തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യം കഴിച്ച് ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ ലേലസ്ഥലത്തുവച്ച് അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്. ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി 10 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും നിയമാനുസൃതമായ വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച് സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ ടയറുകളും ട്യൂബുകളും നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
20th DEC. 2011] POLICE DEPARTMENT 169എതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും ടയറുകളും ട്യൂബുകളും പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
പുനർലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായിക്കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരൻ അവകാശി അല്ലാത്തതുമാണ്.
മേൽകാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ടയറുകളും ട്യൂബുകളും ഏതെങ്കിലും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് പി. റ്റി. സി. യിലെ ഡ്രൈവർ എസ്. എെ. യുടെ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. പോലീസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാവുന്നതും അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്താവുന്നതുമാണ്.
