Tenders should be superscribed "repair work of wodden furniture" addressed to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 10-1-2012. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 10-1-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted along with the specification of the material to be supplied. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 (cost of tender form ` 400 + VAT ` 16) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 10-1-2012. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 208 (cost of tender form ` 200 + VAT ` 8) per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amournt of 1% of the cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The rate quoted shall remain firm for one year from the date of acceptance of the tender. The Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender, without stating any reason.

(ഡിവൈഡ് ചെയ്ത് ര≠ാക്കുന്നതിന്) 1 പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യണം ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം തയ്യാറാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 10-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന 10-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാ നിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസം വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിൽ പണി ചെയ്തു തീർക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരു ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 417 (` 400 + വാറ്റ് `17). ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 208.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം പണിയുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1% (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള
