SPECIFICATIONS OF 2 TIER BATTERY BROODER FOR QUAILS (MODEL SKETCH ATTACHED)
7. The supporting angle iron of the lower tier should extend 18'' below the floor of the cage and 2'' angle iron projector on the top of bottom tier which is to be weld on the outer of top tier for supporting the upper tier.

1. Quail chicks waters is of two pieces an inside cylinder and a bottom cylinder. These two cylinder should be made by 20 swg GI sheet
2. Bottom cylinder is of size 145 mm diameter x 25 mm height opened at one end.
3. Inside cylinder is of size 110 mm diameter x 115 mm height opened at one end. This cylinder should placed up side down on the bottom cylinder.
4. Provide two one mm holes on inside cylinder or other side at a height of 10 mm from open end.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All materials used should be of best quality.
All nipples should be of 'lubin' make.
The system should have antiperching facility.
The bidder should install the system in the sheds at his own cost and should demonstrate that it functions satisfactorily.
The rate quoted should be inclusive of taxes, transportation or any other expenses.
The tenderer may inspect the sheds before submitting the tender.
No additional claims will be accepted once the tender is accepted.
The work should be completed within 60 days from the date of work order.
There should be a minimum warranty period of 2 years during when all complaints due to faulty equipments should be corrected including replacement of parts at the cost of the tender.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Tenderers should submit a crossed Demand Draft of 1% of the quoted amount drawn in favour of Production Manager, Central Hatchery, Chengannur, along with the tender form as Earnest Money Deposit.
2. The rate quoted should be for the delivery at the destination, ie. to the campus of Central Hatchery, Chengannur, its installation in the sheds and trial run.
The rates should include all taxes, delivery, forwarding and installation charges.
3. The tenderer may examine the sheds before submitting the tender with prior information.
4. The rate quoted should include all expenses for the successful installation and trial run.
5. No further claims will be admitted once the tender is accepted.
6. Ex go-down rate and free on rail despatch at stations offered by firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be rejected.
7. A minimum of one year guarantee should be there for the tendered item.
8. Tenderers should submit a Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tender.
In the absence of such agreement tender will be rejected.
9. The supply and installation should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order. No extension of time will be allowed.
10. The Earnest Money Deposit furnished by the firms as Demand Draft will be released after satisfactory completion of contracts and tenderers should collect the same from this office.
11. The firms registered with Kerala Stores Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy of current registration certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.
12. If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local or general) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.
13. Payment will be effected only after successful installation and trial run. Advance payment is not possible.
14. Brochure from original manufacture (in case of agents), AMC conditions (period and frequency of visits in a year etc.), warranty conditions, years of warranty etc. 15. Copy of ISO Certification, if any.
16. Original tender form duly signed by authorized signatory.
17. The rate quoted should be in Indian Currency and the payment will also be in Indian currency.
18. The Security Deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.
19. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
20. The Production Manager reserves all the rights to delete any items from the tender without assigning any reason thereof and also to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Tenderers should submit a crossed demand draft for 1% of the quoted amount drawn in favour of Production Manager, Central Hatchery Chengannur, along with the tender forms as Earnest Money Deposit.
2. Rate quoted should be for the delivery at the destination, ie. to the campus of Central Hatchery, Chengannur. The rates should include all taxes delivery forwarding and charges.
3. The tenderer may produce models or brochueres of the item along with the tenders.
4. No further claims will be admitted once the tender
is accepted.
5. Exgodown rate and free on rail despatch at stations offered by firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be rejected.
6. A minimum of one year guarantee should be there
for the tendered item.
7. Tenderers should be submit a Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tender. In the absence of such agreement, tender will be rejected.
8. The supply should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order. No extension of time will be allowed.
9. The Earnest Money Deposit furnished by the firms as demand draft will be released after satisfactory completion of contracts and the tenderers should collect the same from this office.
10. The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy current Registration Certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.
11. If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of tender is declared as holiday (Local or general) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.
12. Payment will be effected only after the receipt of the item in satisfactory working condition as per the specification. Advance payment is not possible.
13. Brochure from original manufacture (in case of agents), AMC conditions (period and frequency of visits in a year etc.), warranty conditions, years of warranty etc.
14. Copy of ISO Certification, if any.
15. Original tender form duly signed by authorized
signatory.
16. The rate quoted should be in Indian Currency
and the payment will also be in Indian currency.
17. The security deposit furnished by the firm will be
released only after the guarantee period.
18. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
19. The Production Manager reserves all the rights to delete any items from the tender without assinging any reason thereof and also to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.
