SHORT TENDER NOTICES

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and Electronic Equipment to various Departments in University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011- 12. Face Value—` 5,63,500 (Inclusive of all taxes).

The envelopes containing the tenders should be superscribed as tenders for the supply of Computer and Electronic Equipment and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 2 p. m. on 2-1-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 2-1-2012 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on working days till 2-1-2012. The cost of the tender form is ` 451 (Four hundred and fifty one only) including VAT + Cess. Tender forms can be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 510 (Five hundred and ten only).

The cost of duplicate tender form is ` 226 (Two hundred and twenty six only) including VAT + Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender forms. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 740 (Seven hundred and forty only).

The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V. P. P. The tender forms are not transferable.

Along with tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount tendered, subject to a minimum of Rs. 100 should also be submitted in the form of DD.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 2-1-2012-ന് 2 മണി യ്ക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനു മുകളിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖ പ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസു കൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരു െ ട േ യ ാ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 2-1-2012 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മണി മുതൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 451 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ), ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില `226 (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കുമാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനു മാത്രം ` 510-ം, ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 740-ം അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി യോർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1 % (മിനിമം ` 100-ൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

മുകളിൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗിക മായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താവുന്ന താണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑ കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധി ക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസു കാരനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന തോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്നു പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി. ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

മുതൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 451-ം (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 226-ം (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനുമാത്രം ` 510-ം, ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 740-ം അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരുകാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1 %(മിനിമം ` 100 കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Kitchen Utensils to M. C. R. V. Hostel, Ernakulam under plan fund 2011-12. The list of Kitchen Utensils will be received from the office. The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. I/2011-12 Supply of Kitchen Utensils under plan fund 2011" and addressed to the Warden, MCRV Hostel, Ernakulam. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 5-1-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimated Cost is ` 1,40,000. Last date and time of receipt of tender form is on 5-1-2012, 3 p. m.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Warden, MCRV Hostel, Ernakulam, Kochi-11 obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p.m. on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 ( 400 + 16 VAT) which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Those who wish to get the tender form by post, have to send ` 466 by Money Order. In the case of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth ` 100 for executing agreement will be send on their request along with an additional amount of ` 50. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 5-1-2012. Cheques, DD, Postal Orders etc will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 208 per copy. The rates quoted will be valid up to 31-3-2012. 1% of the total cost of articles tendered should be deposited towards EMD by DD drawn in favour of the undersigned.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and accessories with 'LIB SOFT' Software for the use of Govt. Arts and Science College, Kozhinjampara under plan fund for the year 2011-12 for a total amount of ` 1,30,000. The tenders are inclusive of all charges for thousand books should be updated in the computer.

The tenders should be superscribed "No. A1/151/ 2011-12, Computer and accessories with 'LIB SOFT' Software under plan fund 2011-12 and addressed to the Principal, Govt. Arts and Science College, Kozhinjampara, Nattukal P. O., Palakkad, Pin-678 554, so as to reach this office not later than on 13-1-2012, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders are available on all working days till 2 p. m. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms are available from Principal, Govt. Arts and Science College, Kozhinjampara, Nattukal P. O., Palakkad, Pin-678 554 on payment of ` 450 (Cost of the tender ` 400 + VAT ` 50) and via postal for ` 482. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc., will not be accepted.

The tender shall be accompanied with written undertaking in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. Eligible EMD may be sent accordingly. Firms exempted from EMD should produce relevant records from the competent authority. The supplied items will have to be examined and certified by the officers concerned before making payments.

The undersigned reserves full right to alter or to cancel the tender date, if it comes to be necessary.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Psychology Lab Equipments for an amount of ` 68,520 limited, towards the fund allotted under UGC Additional Grant Development Assistance Scheme XI Plan to the Government College of Teacher Education, Kozhikode. Estimate Cost is ` 68,520.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments such as Laptop, Photo Copying Machine and Electronic equipments for the year 2011-12 for an estimated cost of ` 1,00,000 under UGC XI Plan.

The specification of the articles will be supplied along with the tender form. The tender should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of equipments such as Laptop, Photo Copying Machine and Electronic equipments for the year 2011-12, at K. M. M. Govt. Women's College, Kannur-4'' and addressed to the Principal, K. M. M. Govt. Women's College, Kannur, P. O. Pallikunnu, Pin-670 004.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 400+VAT at 4% ` 16 =` 416

Duplicate—` 200+ VAT at 4% ` 8 =` 208 (Costs are non-refundable)
