2. Last date and time of receipt of tender forms at Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(KIRTADS), Kozhikode

TENDER NOTICE

No. D-2211/2011. 30th November 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/ authorized dealers /distributors for the Supply of the following articles to the Directorate of KIRTADS, Kozhikode-17.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Cover containing the tender should be Superscribed "Tender for supply of Modern this office will be 11-1-2012 up to 1 p. m. The tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives at 3 p. m. on the same day. Late tenders will not be accepted.

3. Intending tenders should deposit an amount of ` 11,000 as E.M.D. by way of Demand Draft of an approved bank pledged in favour of Director, KIRTADS, Kozhikode-17. Together with an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 in the prescribed form.

4. Sufficient Brochure/Photo of Archery Equipments and technical write ups to be supplied shall be accompanied with the tender. Details of tender will be available in the office.

5. Tenders submitted can be accepted or rejected with out assigning reason by the Director, of KIRTADS.

കേരള ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഫോർ റിസർച്ച് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ആന്റ ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ ് സ്റ്റഡീസ് ഓഫ് ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് കാസ്റ്റ്സ് ആന്റ ് ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് ട്രൈബ്സ് (കിർടാഡ്സ്), കോഴിക്കോട്-17 ലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നം ഉൽപാദകരിൽ നിന്നോ അംഗീകൃത ഡീലർമാരിൽനിന്നോ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ `1,768 വില നൽകി കിർടാഡ്സ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 10-1-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണി വരെ കിർടാഡ്സ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാൽവഴി ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള തുക ` 1,818 ആണ്.

2. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത സീലുവച്ച കവറുകൾ 11-1-2012-ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത സമയത്തിനു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്കുതന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടേയോ അവരുടെ നിയമാനുസൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നി ദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

3. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം ` 11,000 നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഏതെങ്കിലും അംഗീകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ഡയറക്ടർ, കിർടാഡ്സ്, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്ന പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. കൂടാതെ ` 100 മുദ്രക്കടലാസിൽ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

4. വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നത്തിന്റെ ലഘുലേഖ/ഫോട്ടോ കൂടാതെ ആയതിന്റെ സാങ്കേതിക വിവരവും ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടുകൂടി ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

5. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം കിർടാഡ്സ് ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

6. ഉൽപ്പന്നം കിർടാഡ്സ് ആഫീസിൽ എത്തിച്ചു നൽകേ ≠താണ്.

7. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസിനുള്ള മറ്റുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
