TENDER NOTICE
No. DJT -149/2011. 8th December 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited from the authorised agencies for the supply of safe installation and proper functioning of the Cooking gas connection pipes, fittings, burners and other connected equipments in the newly constructed temporary prisoners kitchen of the District Jail, Now working nearby the Central Prison, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram
Burners, Pipes and related equipments will be of authorised brands with good quality. The cost of each items, tax and installation charges will have to be quoted separately.
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, District Jail, Thiruvananthapuram.
rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2012. Tender form may be obtained on cash from the office of the Superintendent, District Jail, Thiruvananthapuram on working days during office hours.
P.A.C.— ` 80,000.
Cost of tender forms:
Original— ` 400 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate— ` 200 + 4% VAT.
The cost of tender forms will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 6-1-2012. The tender forms will not be sent by VPP.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms.

കിച്ചണിൽ ഗ്യാസ് അടുപ്പുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും
വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സുരക്ഷിതമായി സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും
സുഗമമായി പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും അംഗീകൃത
ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ
ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ബർണറുകളും പൈപ്പുകളും അനുബന്ധ
ഉപകരണങ്ങളും അംഗീകൃത ബ്രാൻഡും ഗുണനിലവാരവും
ഉള്ളവയായിരിക്കണം. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ യഥാർ∞വില, നികുതി,
സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള തുക എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം
രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ
കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന
ദർഘാസിന്റെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി സൂപ്ര≠്,
ജില്ലാജയിൽ, പൂജപ്പുര, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന
വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം
സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 9-1-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം
3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ
അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ
9-1-2012-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4.30 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ
തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ
യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ
നിരക്കിന് 31-3-2012 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കണം.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ാഫീസിൽ നിന്ന്
രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 80,000.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില :
അസ്സൽ—` 400 + 4% വാറ്റ്.
പകർപ്പ്്—`200 + 4 % വാറ്റ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനു നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു
കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം
കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന
6-1-2012-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി
ക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി
അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്/പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ
ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
ജില്ലാ ജയിലിലെ തടവുകാരുടെ കിച്ചൺ പ്രവർത്തി
ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് സന്ദർശിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
