ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, സെൻട്രൽ പോളിടെക്നിക്ക് കോളേജ്, വട്ടിയൂർക്കാവ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 3-1-2012, 2 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ലാബിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യ നമ്പർ 9/2011 എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്കു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിത രായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 3-1-2012 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മണി മുതൽ 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 416-ം ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 208-ം ആകുന്നു. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 50 അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം `100) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്.
വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 14 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കു കൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും നികുതിയും സെസും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധന ങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു ≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്ന തിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.
വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന തോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയിസിന്റെ മൂന്ന് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേയ്സ് മാന്വൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മത പത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി.ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
