ദർഘാസുകൾ 2012 ജനുവരി മാസം 4-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റാഫീസിൽവച്ച് കോട്ടയം ടിമ്പർ സെയിൽസ് ഡിവിഷൻ, ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റാഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. 2012 ജനുവരി മാസം 4-ാം തീയതി ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ടി ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് നടക്കാതിരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടി ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് വീ≠ും 2012 ജനുവരി മാസം 10-ാം തീയതി 3 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടിമ്പർ സെയിൽസ് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റാഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. 2012 ജനുവരി മാസം 10-ാം തീയതി ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ടി ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് നടക്കാതിരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടി ജോലിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് വീ≠ും 2012 ജനുവരി മാസം 17-ാം തീയതി 3 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടിമ്പർ സെയിൽസ് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റാഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

ഒരിക്കൽ വാങ്ങിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പിന്നീടുള്ള ദർഘാസ് തീയതികളിലേക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഓരോ തീയതികളിലേക്കും ഉള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം വാങ്ങി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കോട്ടയം ടിമ്പർ സെയിൽസ് ഡിവിഷൻ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റാഫീസറെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയതും, പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതും, ആവശ്യമായ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച് ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതുമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിച്ചശേഷംപ്രവൃത്തി ലഭിച്ച കരാറുകാരൻ എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് വയ്ക്കാതെ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു പോവുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ഈ കാരണംകൊ≠് പ്രസ്തുത പ്രവൃത്തി വേറെ കരാറുകാരനെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേ≠ിവന്നാൽ തൻമൂലം സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന എല്ലാ കഷ്ട നഷ്ടങ്ങളും കരാറുകാരനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിന് ` 50-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു സമ്മതപത്രം എഴുതി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ ദിവസം ഒരു പൊതു ഒഴിവു ദിവസമായിവരുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന ദിവസമായി കണക്കാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്തു വകുപ്പിലും കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിലും ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

The tender will be opened at 3.30 pm on 4-1-2012 at the office of the undersigned. Earnest Money is in the form of the demand draft or FDR from any scheduled or Nationalized Bank duly pledged in favour of the undersigned should be submitted along with the tender.

The tender should be accompanied by a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 otherwise the tender will be rejected outright.

The last date of issue of tender form will be up to 1 p.m. on 4-1-2012 tenders will be opened at 3.30 on 4-1-2012.

Tenders which do not accompany earnest money in the above said manner will be rejected summarily. The divisional Forest Officer, Mankulam reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. If the day proposed for tender happens to be a public holiday the same will be conducted on the next working day without changes in time, place and conditions of the tender if the tender cannot be conducted due to lack of enough number of tenders or due to any other reasons, the same will be conducted on 7-1-2012 that too, if not happens, the same will again to be conducted on 9-1-2012 without any change in the place time. All the conditions regarding the execution of civil works in Kerala Public Works Department will be applicable in the case of MANKULAM DIVISION

ഫോറസ്റ്റോഫീസർ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത കരാറു കാരിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക് 4-1-2012 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം മാങ്കുളം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റോഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാൽകൃത സർക്കാർ/ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റോ ഫിക്സഡ് ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റോ ആയിരിക്കണം.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 100 മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും ഉ≠ായിരി ക്കണം. ഇവ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം അടിമാലിയിലുള്ള മാങ്കുളം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റോഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 4-1-2012 പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ നൽകുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ അട്ടിവെച്ച് തന്നിട്ടുള്ളതും, മച്ചാട് റെയ്ഞ്ചിലെ വാഴാനി ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമായ 2.3 മീറ്റർ നീളവും വിവിധ അളവിലെ വണ്ണവുമുള്ള 7.6997 ക്യു.മീ. വരുന്ന 96 അക്കേഷ്യാ കടകഷണങ്ങൾ 2011 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 28, 29, 30 തീയതികളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് വാഴാനി ഫോറസ്റ്റ്സ്റ്റേഷനിൽവെച്ച് പൊതു ലേലത്തിൽ വിൽക്കുന്ന താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം പൊതു അവധി ആകുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലം നടക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി തങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ വിലാസവും കയ്യൊപ്പും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന രേഖകളുടെ അസ്സൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തും, നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 5,000 കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം സർക്കാർ പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപി ക്കുകയാണങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം സ്ഥലം, സമയം, നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇവയിൽ മാറ്റം ഇല്ലാതെ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണങ്ങളാൽ 4-1-2012-ന് ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലായെങ്കിൽ സ്ഥലം, സമയം, നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇവയിൽ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ 7-1-2012, 9-1-2012 എന്നീ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ സിവിൽ ജോലികൾക്ക് ബാധകമായി ട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ജോലികൾക്കും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

A preliminary agreement in the prescribed format in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be attached with the tender. Incomplete tender or the tender without the required EMD and preliminary agreement are liable to be rejected. The Divisional Forest Officer, Nemmara reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons. All the rules and regulations regarding tender in force in Public Works Department and Forest Department are applicable to this tender also. The tender is fixed to be conducted on 4-1-2012 at the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m. on all working days till the tender date. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The intending tenderer should apply with proof of identity such Electroral Identity Card, Driving License, Indian Passport etc. along with the Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form. The tender form should be properly filled up and should be submitted on or before 2 p.m. on the date of tender. It should be accompanied by all necessary documents along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of Bankers DD or fixed deposit or National Savings Certificate pledged in favour of Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending tenderers should also furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 along with tender of each work. Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary documents or tenders not in accordance with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by the Wildlife Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of those tenderers who are present at that time. The Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any tender, either partly or wholly without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day as per the same conditions.

Eligibility of contractor—'C' Class and above.

If the tender for all work or any of the work could not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for such work/works will be conducted at the same place and time with same conditions on 5-1-2012. If the tender could not be conducted on that day, it will be conducted on 10-1-2012. If it could be conducted on that day also, it will be conducted on 16-1-2012. All Existing Rules, regulations, directions, conditions, prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable in these works and tender also.
