TENDER NOTICE
No. 14/11/DMHP/MHC/TVPM. 6th December 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited from vehicle owners (private) for the hiring of vehicle on contract for District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram for conducting mental health clinics at different places within the Thiruvananthapuram District.
SPECIFICATION OF VEHICLE
1. 7 seater with AC.
2. 2011 make.
3. Tata Sumo Grande/Tavera/Mahendra Xylo or Scorpio/Toyoto Innova.
Last date and time of sale of tender—4-1-2012, 3 p. m.
Tender forms will be obtained from the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash during office hours (9 a. m. to 4 p. m.).
Tender No. and date should be superscribed on such envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram.
Late tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram", which should not be less than one per cent of the price quoted. മുമ്പായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ എടുക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽനിന്നും
നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 6-1-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠ർ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിശദവിവരം
തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 1. ഏഴുപേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നതും എയർ ക≠ീഷന്റു 4-1-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം മായിരിക്കണം.
