TENDER NOTICE
No. DJEM.1/2011. 7th December 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the installation of Fixed Dom Bio Gas Plant having a capacity of 15m3 in District Jail, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
P. A. C.—` 3,90,000.
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p.m. on 7-1-2012 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day itself in the presence of such tenderers/their authorized representatives, who may be present at that time.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2012.
Application for tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance, as detailed below :
Original—` 1,500 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate—` 800 + 4% VAT.
The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 6-1-2012.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The tenders should be submitted to the Superintendent, District Jail, Kakkanad, Ernakulam. അസ്സൽ—` 1,500 + 4% വാറ്റ്.
മുദവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു
പകർപ്പ്—` 800 + 4% വാറ്റ്.
മുകളിൽ ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ പേര് എഴുതി
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു സൂപ്ര≠്, ജില്ലാ ജയിൽ, കാക്കനാട്, എറണാകുളം എന്ന
കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠
വില്പന 6-1-2012-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാന തീയതി 7-1-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്.
അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം
ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

നിന്നും ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് നിരക്ക് 31-3-2012 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ായി
