Whereas the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, KSEB, Attingal has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 7,18,960 (Rupees Seven lakhs eighteen thousand nine hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Gopakumar who met with a fatal accident on 26-3-2011 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Son 14 KSEB ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഡിവിഷൻ, ആറ്റിങ്ങലിന്റെ കീഴിൽ കോൺട്രാക്ട് ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ 26-3-2011-ൽ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഗോപകുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 7,18,960 (ഏഴുലക്ഷത്തി പതിനെട്ടായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി അറുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ നെടുമങ്ങാട് താലൂക്കിൽ ആര്യനാട് പനയ്ക്കോട് അജയാലയത്തിൽ (1) ശ്രീ. കെ. ഗോപിനാഥൻ (പിതാവ്), (2) ശ്രീമതി നിഷ (ഭാര്യ), (3) നന്ദഗോപൻ ( മ ക ൻ ) എ ന്ന ി വ ർ മ ാ ്ര ത േ മ യ ു ള്ള ൂ െ വ ന്ന ് റ ി േ പ്പ ാ ർ ട്ട ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി27th DEC. 2011] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 148 സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas the Divisional Finance Manager, Southern Railway, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 2,78,260 (Rupees Two lakhs seventy eight thousand two hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri R. Madhusoodhanan Nair who met with a fatal accident on 7-3-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad it is understood that the following persons are dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
