Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/ suppliers for the supply and installation of All Automatic Egg Setters and Accessories for the use of Regional Poultry Farm, Manarcadu, Kottayam-19, Kerala. The list and specification of items to be supplied are attached along with the tender form.
Estimate Cost—` 7,50,000.
Price of tender form :
Original—` 1,500 + VAT @ 4% = ` 1,560.
Duplicate—` 750 + VAT @ 4% = ` 780.
Last date and time for submitting tenders—
11-1-2012 at 2 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tenders—11-1-2012 at 3 p. m.
Period of firmness—31-3-2012.

1. Specification of the item with rate as basic price, rate of tax and total amount.

towards the cost of tender forms with postal charges as money order only. Cheques, Postal orders and demand drafts are not accepted. The cost of tender forms are not refundable and tender forms without EMD or preliminary agreement are not accepted. After confirmation of the tender the tenderer should remit 5% of the tender amount as security deposit.
The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or his authorised representatives who may be present at the time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reasons. The tenders will be finalised subjected to final scrutiny and approval from the Director of Animal Husbandry. Other details and specifications of the tender will be supplied along with the tender forms. The successfull tenderers should remit 5% of the tender amount as security deposit.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 11-1-2012, 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും മൃഗസംരക്ഷണ വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും അംഗീകാരത്തിനും വിധേയമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുളള അധികാരം ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ രേഖകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തവ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചവർ 5% കരുതൽ ധനം അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാകും.

Two all Automatic Egg Setters of 17000 Egg Capacity
മൃഗസംരക്ഷണ വകുപ്പിന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ മണർകാട് പ്രാദേശിക കോഴിവളർത്തൽ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ഹാച്ചറിയുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിനായി 17000 മുട്ടകൾ വിരിയിക്കുന്നതി നുള്ള ഫുൾ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് എഗ് സെറ്റർ—2 എണ്ണം വിതരണ ത്തിനും സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും തയ്യാറുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മത്സാരാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസിന്റെ കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ ഫുൾ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് എഗ് സെറ്റർ വിതരണ ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം.

The gunny ring guard to be made of plastic/PVC or similar material so that it will not get corroded.

Estimate—` 62,500.
Price of tender form :
Original—` 400 + VAT @ 4% = ` 400 + ` 16 = ` 416.
Duplicate—` 200 + VAT @ 4% = ` 200 +

SPECIFICATIONS
1. Chick linear feeders made out of GI sheet and GI rods. Size 18 inches height and trough 2 inches suitable for 50 chicks such 60 (sixty) numbers.
2. Adult poultry feeder of 8 kg-classic hanging adult feeders of 8 kg. capacity made of PPCPP plastic with feed saving cone and grills with plastic rope of 150 (one hundred and fifty) numbers.

1. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.
2. The supply should be from the new stock noting

3. The supply should be completed as per the date
mentioned in the supply order.
4. Minimum guarantee period of one year including

The successful tenderers should complete all suppliers with in the stipulated time stated in the supply orders.
