Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of computer and accessories/various electronic equipment to the various departments of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-12 . The tender cost is ` 15,89,900. EMD ` 15,899. The list of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.

The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/ 3497/11/GCW dated 12-12-2011 for the supply of computer and accessories/various electronic equipments to the various departments and addressed to the Principal Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 10-1-2012 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 10-1-2012 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the college office between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of ` 2400+VAT duplicate tenders forms if required will be issued at ` 1200+VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request togther with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately ` 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and ` 30 towards postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.

NB:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/3479/11/GCW dated 12-12-2011 for the supply of lab equipments to the various departments and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 9-1-2012 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Sealed tenders are invited for the Installation of Water Cooler and Steel Wash Basin in Arabic Departments of T. M. Government College, Tirur for ` 40,000 under the scheme of Students Amenities, Plan 2011-12.

The Tenders should be superscribed as 'Tender No. 13/2011-12 (P) Installation of Water Cooler and Steel Wash Basin in Arabic Department under the scheme of Students Amenities Plan 2011-12' and addressed to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 12-1-2012 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 12-1-2012 at 12 noon. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance for ` 300 towards the cost of forms plus ` 12 towards VAT (Total ` 312) which is the price fixed for a tender form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form, not will the form be sent by VPP. Those who required tender forms by Registered Post should sent ` 362 by Money Order including cost of tender form and registered postal charges.

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% of total cost of equipments to be quoted as EMD. Short/term/fixed deposit receipts should not be accepted towards EMD. EMD carry not interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted seperately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2012. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with the tender.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice. The cash transaction in the office is from 10 a.m. to 2 p. m. on all working days.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Equipments for an amount of ` 50,000 limited, towards the fund allotted under UGC Development of Sports Infrastructure and Equipments (approved by IOC/IOA/ SAI/NSF items only) in XI Plan to the Government College of Teacher Education, Kozhikode.

The last date for receipt of tender in this office is at 3 p.m. on 13-1-2012.

Late tenders will not be accepted on any account.
