1. Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted.

4. Every tenderer shall send along with his tender a preliminery agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and furnish 1% of the total cost of materials as Earnest Money Deposit. Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted in Cash, Demand Draft or FDR taken in favour of Controller of Stationery with due endorsement. The firms under SSI units registered with S. P. D., Government of Kerala only will be expected from the payment of EMD/SD vide G. O. (P) No. 385/ 2008/Fin. dated 27-8-2008.

5. A specimen of the preliminary agreement deed is appended to the tender form. Tenders received without the Agreement Deed, Earnest Money Deposit and samples will not be considered. Further details, if any, can be had from the office of the undersigned during the office hours.

6. Preference will be given to goods with ISI mark. Other things being equal, preference will be given to goods with ISI certification mark and in the absence of certification marks, products conforming to ISI specification. Where the seller with conformity of relevant Indian Standards supplies uncertified goods, it is his responsibility to produce a Certificate of conformity from the Bureau of Indian Standards or any other test house recognised by the BIS. Offer for articles with ISI mark should be accompanied by a duly attested copy of the latest valid lisence issued by the BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark. The Item quoted should be as per 'ISI' Specification where ever insisted.

സ്റ്റേഷനറി വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഇനം സ്റ്റേഷനറി സാധനങ്ങൾ 2011-12 വർഷത്തേക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

2. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the tenders. Cost of tender forms will be accepted either in cash (remittance in office) or by Money Order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 (Name of the Officer should not be mentioned). Cheques, Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The cost of tender form is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/M.O. Coupon. The tenderers may quote for branded items only. The tender forms are not transferable. The last date and time for receipt of tender is 3 p. m. on the day fixed for opening of tender and the tender will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day. The controller of Stationery will have the right to accept or refuse any or all the tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
