Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the Drawing Boards (830mm x 570mm) —115 Nos. to the General Department of IPT & GPTC Shoranur. Approximate Cost is ` 98,900. EMD is ` 989.
Tenders should be addressed to the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the Tender No. CE 02/2011-12 and Tender Name, Supply of Drawing Boards to the General Department, duly super- scribed on the cover.

Name of Item with specification and Quantity —4", 3 phase Borewell Pump of 5HP with a minimum of 60 stages pulling along with the required 3 phase starter having single phasing preventer with by-pass option, connecting submersible electrical cable (4mm) of length 70m, and connecting underground cable, 3 core, 6mm of length 100m. The total head over which water is to be pumbed is 310m. The pump needs to be erected using GI Pipes of high quality, C class, reputed make 1.25" diameter and the related plumbing (for length of 50m using high quality 1.5" PVC pipe of bearable pressure 60 Kg/m2 and all other necessary plumbing accessories) and electrical connections including underground cabling are to be done by providing necessary accessories. The depth of the well is around 60m and the starter is to be placed over a distance of 90m in a panel containing voltmeter with switching facility to meassure all line voltages, ammeter, fuse units, breakers and indicators. The pump and the accessories are to be guaranteed on site for a period of not less than one year. The site may be visited before submitting the tender offer—2 Nos.
