Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of used Gunny sacks and Plastic sacks from various stores of Stationery Department and Government Presses all over Kerala during 2012-13. The details are as follows.
Cost of tender form
Original—` 1,000 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate—` 500 + 4% VAT.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—
The tenders shall have the superscription "Tender No. 109/2011-12" for the Contract for used Gunny sacks and Plastic sacks 2012-13 and should be addressed to the "Controller of Stationery, P.M.G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033". Each tender should be accompanied by an E.M.D. for ` 5,000 and as a Solvency Certificate for ` 50,000. The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of issue of the Solvency Certificate should be after the date of issue of this notification. Tenders without Solvency Certificate, preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outrightly.
Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened Intending tenderers on application to the Controller of Stationery, P.M.G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms and other details can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram during office hours.
സ്റ്റേഷനറി വകുപ്പിന്റെ വിവിധ സ്റ്റോറുകളിലും കേരളം ഒട്ടാകെയുള്ള സർക്കാർ പ്രസ്സുകളിലും 2012-13 കാലയളവി ലു≠ാകാനിടയുള്ള ഉപയോഗം കഴിഞ്ഞ ചണചാക്കുകൾ, πാസ്റ്റിക് ചാക്കുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ ശേഖരം കരാർ പ്രകാരം വാങ്ങി നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.
ജംഗ്ഷൻ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-33 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില പണമായോ മണിയോഡറായോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി.യായി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് വേ≠വർക്ക് നി›യിച്ച വിലയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവും കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

The envelope containing the tenders shall be and the Solvency Certificate and EMD for the amount noted above. The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of which shall be after the date of issue of tender notification. EMD will be accepted in Cash/Demand Draft/FDR taken in favour of the Controller of Stationery with due endorsement. Tenders without preliminary agreement, Solvency Certificate and EMD will be rejected outrightly. A specimen of the preliminary agreement deed is appended to the tender forms. Further details, if any, can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours.

The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances. The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/ money order coupon. The last date and time fixed for receipt of tender is 1 p. m. on the date fixed for opening of tender. If date of opening of tender happens to be holiday it will be opened at the same time on the next working day. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed 24 hours before the time fixed for opening of the tenders. തുറക്കുന്നതിന് 24 മണിക്കൂർ മുമ്പ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപന
അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി
ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ
ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
