SHORT TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE No. D2-8142/2011. 9th December 2011.

Tenders sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of Computer Accessories to Civil Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur.

Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by money order ` 312 + postal charges. No other payments through Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The forms will not be sent by Value Payable Post.

The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders. No advance payments will be given. Tenders without Earnest Money Deposit will not be accepted.

Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D2-91/2011-12 for the supply of Computer Accessories to Computer Engineering Department of this college and addressed to the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala. The last date for the receipt of the tender is 20-1-2012, 2 p. m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 21-1-2012 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms from the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of ` 312 the price fixed for requisite tender form. Duplicate form, if required will be issued at ` 156 per copy. Tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 20-1-2012.

Due to some technical reasons the date of the last date for Tender No. P1/3/2011-12 due on 15-11-2011 at 3 p. m. for the purchase of Consumables for the Mechanical Workshop of Mechanical Engineering Department of Govt. Engineering College, Kozhikode is hereby extended up to 17-1-2012 at 3 p.m.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1/3/2011-12 due on 17-1-2012 at 3 p.m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach her before 17-1-2012 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 18-1-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 16-1-2012. Drafts, Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the form be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 208 including VAT per copy.

As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 100 and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി1/3/2011-12 തീയതി 17-1-2012 ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 17-1-2012, 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-1-2012-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
