the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Sri C. K. Saji Narayanan, Advocate, Gayathri, Link Road,

Ayyanthole, Thrissur (Notary Reg. No. 14/97/TCR)

from the Register of Notaries with effect from 3-3-2011,

considering his request for the removal of name from the

Register of Notaries.
