TENDER NOTICE

[No. 1/2011-12]

No. 159/2011. 19th December 2011.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited from experienced graphic designers and printers for designing printing and installing permanent high quality flex boards and an entrance arch for exhibiting various Animal Husbandry Activities and information, for the use of Livestock Management Training Centre, Thalayolaparambu, for the year 2011-12. Details and specifications of the Boards are given in the annexure.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 400 + 4% VAT. Duplicate—` 200 + 4% VAT.

Closing date and time of sale of tender form—

23-1-2012 , 3 p. m.

Closing date and time of receipt of tender form—

23-1-2012 , 5 p. m.

Date and time of opening the tender form—

25-1-2012 , 11 a. m.

Date upto which the rates are to be firm—

31-3-2012 .

Annexure

The cover containing the tenders should be superscribed with "Tender No. 1/2011-12 for supply of high quality flex boards for the use of Livestock Management Training Centre, Thalayolaparambu, Kottayam" and the name of tenderer. The tender should be accompanied by E. M. D. 1% of amount quoted and a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. Flex BoardS (25 Nos.)

6 X 4 feet size high quality flex with printing of various Animal Husbandary Activities and informations, with Aluminium frame using 1.5 x 1 inch section and display stand using 1 inch Aluminium square section.

2. Arch on Entrance

10 feet x 1.5 feet in three sides with an arch on top using Aluminium frame-high quality flex printing.

Tenders will be opened on specified date and the lowest quoted tender will be accepted upon ratification from the Director of Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram. The firms receiving supply order should supply, flex boards duly printed, to the Livestock Management Training Centre, Thalayolaparambu, within one month. Assistant Director, Livestock Management Training Centre, Thalayolaparambu, holds the authority to accept and deny the tender.
