സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം തിരുവല്ല അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യ ത്തിലും ടി സംഘം സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

പി. റ്റി. 84-ാം നമ്പർ കുറ്റൂർ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ സഹകരണസംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 72 പ്രകാരം തിരുവല്ല അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ നിരണം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ നിയമിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. നിരണം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ ചുമതല ഉടൻ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേ≠തും ഏറ്റെടു ത്തിട്ടുള്ള മുതലുകളുടെയും റിക്കാർഡുകളുടെയും വിവരങ്ങൾ താമസംവിനാ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്. ചാർ÷െടു ത്തതിനുശേഷം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ആസ്തി ബാദ്ധ്യതകൾ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ തീയതിയിലെ ബാക്കിപത്രം തയ്യാറാക്കി ക്ലെയിം നോട്ടീസ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി 3 പ്രതികൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലേക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

സൂചന: —(1) അടൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ടെ 10-3-2011, 23-9-2011 എന്നീ തീയതികളിലെ ഒ..-309/11 നമ്പർ കത്ത്.

(2) അടൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ ആർബിട്രേഷൻ ആന്റ ് എക്സിക്യൂഷൻ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറുടെ 9-2-2011-ലെ സഹകരണനിയമം വകുപ്പ് 66 പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ട.്

(3) ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 4-10-2011-ലെ ഇതേ നമ്പർ നോട്ടീസ്.

1683-ാം നമ്പർ അറുകാലിക്കൽ ഈശ്വരവിലാസം ഹരിജൻ സഹകരണസംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം) 3-4-1103 എം.ഇ.യിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് 2-5-1103 എം.ഇ. യിൽ പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. 17-7-2000-ൽ 5 അംഗ ഭരണസമിതി അധികാരമേറ്റെടുത്തു എങ്കിലും 10-7-2003 മുതൽ സംഘം അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ഭരണത്തിലും തുടർന്ന് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ ഭരണനിയന്ത്രണത്തിലും ആയിരുന്നു.

തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ഭരണസമിതി രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് കഴിയാതെ വന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 1-11-2007 മുതൽ സംഘം വീ≠ും അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ഭരണത്തിലാണ്. 2002-03 വർഷം മുതൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം പൂർണ്ണമായും നിലച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. തെരഞ്ഞെ ടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ഭരണസമിതി അധികാരത്തിൽ വരുന്നതിനും സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കുന്നതിനും സംഘത്തിലെ അംഗങ്ങളോ, മുൻഭരണസമിതി അംഗങ്ങളോ താൽപര്യം കാണിക്കുകയോ മുൻകൈ എടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ഉദ്ദേശ്യ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ ശരിയാംവിധം നടത്തുവാൻ കഴിയാത്തവിധം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതവും പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു സാധ്യതയില്ലാ ത്തതുമാണ്.

സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സൂചന (3) പ്രകാരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മുൻ ഭരണസമിതി അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ നാളിതുവരെ എന്തെങ്കിലും വിവരം ലഭിക്കുകയോ നേരിൽ ഹാജരായി വിവരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലും 1683-ാം നമ്പർ അറുകാലിക്കൽ ഈശ്വരവിലാസം ഹരിജൻ സഹകരണസംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം) -ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിന് ആരും തയ്യാറാകാത്തതിനാൽ സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം അടൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലും ടി സംഘം സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

1683-ാം നമ്പർ അറുകാലിക്കൽ ഈശ്വരവിലാസം ഹരിജൻ സഹകരണസംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 72 പ്രകാരം അടൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ കൊടുമൺ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ നിയമിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. കൊടുമൺ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ ചുമതല ഉടൻ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേ≠തും ഏറ്റെടു ത്തിട്ടുള്ള മുതലുകളുടെയും റിക്കാർഡുകളുടെയും വിവരങ്ങൾ താമസംവിനാ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്. ചാർ÷െടു ത്തതിനുശേഷം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ആസ്തി ബാദ്ധ്യതകൾ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ തീയതിയിലെ ബാക്കിപത്രം തയ്യാറാക്കി ക്ലെയിം നോട്ടീസ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി 3 പ്രതികൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലേക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
