സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 2003 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ഹാർഡ്വെയർ മെയിന്റനൻസ് ഡിപ്ളോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ പാലക്കാട് സർക്കാർ പോളിടെക്നിക് കോളേജിൽ നിന്നും 997656 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ കൃഷ്ണ കുമാർ, എം. എന്നയാൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിപ്ളോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു.

ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

TENDER NOTICE

[No. 5/2011-12 Plan]

No. A1/918/2011-12 Plan. 19th December 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited from A/B/C class licenced KSEB contractors, Registered with P.W.D. for Electrification of Science Laboratories and connection of generator for a total estimate of ` 50,000 to this college during 2011-12 under Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for Electrification of Science Laboratories and connection of generator under Plan Scheme during 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P.O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of tender is at 2 p.m. on 20-1-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending tenderes may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will be accepted.

` 157 (Rupees One Hundred and fifty seven only), which is price fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 20-1-2012. Cheques, Drafts and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 350 (Rupees Three Hundred and fifty only) including postal charges for registered post by Money Order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. Those firms outside Kerala want to get tender form by post will be sent ` 100 as cost of Kerala Stamp Paper along with cost of tender form. The work should be completed within 15 days on receipt of the work order.

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be up to 31-3-2012. The rate should include all kinds of taxes to Government and other expenses. The amount will be sanctioned only after getting the completion certificate from P.W.D. (Electrical Wing).

The tenders should be accompanied by an EMD 1% (one percent) of the quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal, taken from S.B.T., Civil Station Branch, Malappuram only. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. More details can be had from the college office during the working days.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണി വരെയാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് മേൽ കാണിച്ച വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 313 (4% മൂല്യ വർദ്ധിത നികുതി + 1% സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 157. പ്രസ്തുത സംഖ്യ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറ ത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 20-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയും അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാൽ ചാർ÷ും ഉൾപ്പെടെ ` 350 മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 100 കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയുടെ കൂടെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 100 കൂടി അധികമായി അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. പ്രവർത്തന ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം പ്രവൃത്തി പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കു മ്പോൾ ഗവൺമെന്റിലേക്ക് അടയ്ക്കേ≠ എല്ലാ നികുതികളും ചെലവുകളും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരക്കിന് 31-3-2012 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രവൃത്തി തൃപ്തികരമായി പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചതായി പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി. (ഇലക്ട്രിക്) വിഭാഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ലഭിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ തുക അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ നിരക്കിന്റെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എസ്.ബി.റ്റി., മലപ്പുറം സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ നിന്ന് മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കംചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് മാറ്റുവാനോ റദ്ദാക്കുവാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

(Sd.) മലപ്പുറം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2011-12 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ` 50,000 സയൻസ് ലാബുകൾ വൈദ്യുതീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ജനറേറ്റർ കണക്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സാധ്യതയുള്ള കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇലക്ട്രി സിറ്റി ലൈസൻസിംഗ് ബോർഡ് എ/ബി/സി ക്ലാസ് ലൈസൻസുള്ള പി.ഡബ്ല്യൂ.ഡി. യിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് മുകളിൽ 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ സയൻസ് ലാബുകൾ വൈദ്യുതീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ജനറേറ്റർ കണക്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജ്, പി.ഒ. മു≠ുപറമ്പ്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല, കേരളം, പിൻകോഡ്-676 509 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
