Private Advertisements and Miscellaneous Notifications SREE SANKARACHARYA UNIVERSITY OF SANSKRIT AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE STATUTES, 1997 The following amendment shall be made in the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997:— In the schedule "Non-Teaching Service" of the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Statutes, 1997, after Serial No. 9 (Page 64), the following in the second row of the table hereunder shall be inserted as Serial No. 9A under the corresponding entries in the said schedule as given therein the first row:—

OF FOR METHOD RECRUITMENT (ii) (i) Degree in law of a recognised University; (ii) Should be enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of any of the Bar Councils in India for a minimum period of 2 years.	Below 35 years as on the first day of the year of notification in the case of the method of recruitment (ii).	(i) Appointment by transfer from the category of Selection Grade Assistant or by promotion from Senior Grade Assistant based on merit cum seniority; (ii) In the absence of the above, by direct recruitment.
