SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Purchase of Canine Diagnostic Kits, ELISA and Lateral Flow for R & D Project-8 Items to Chief Disease Investigation Office, Palode, Thiruvananthapuram.
Approximate cost—` 1,50,000.
EMD—1%.
The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. 06/2011 for the Purchase of Canine Diagnostic Kits: ELISA and Lateral Flow; 8 items and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O., Pin-695 562, Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 24-1-2012 at 4 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 11 a. m. on 25-1-2012 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O., Pin-695 562, Thiruvananthapuram District for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 each (Rupees four hundred only) + VAT (4%) and which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Those who wish to get tender form by Post may send ` 500 each by Money Order which include cost Taxes, Postal charges etc. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 23-1-2012. Cheque, Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be send as V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued @ ` 200 each + VAT (4%) and cess (1%) per copy. Details of the tenders can be had from this office on all working days.

ദർഘാസുകൾ "കനൈൻ ഡയ·ോസ്റ്റിക് കിറ്റ്സ്: എലീസ ആന്റ ് ലാറ്ററൽ ഫ്ളോ: എട്ട് എെറ്റംസ്" എന്ന് കവറിനുപുറത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റി ഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കേരളം, പിൻ-695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 24-1-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണി. ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 25-1-2012 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കേരളം, പിൻ-695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ` 400 വീതം (നാന്നൂറ് മാത്രം) അതിന്റെ വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതിയും (4%) നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുള്ളവർ ` 500 വീതം (അഞ്ഞൂറ് മാത്രം) ദർഘാസ് വില, വാറ്റ് നികുതി, തപാൽ ചാർജ് ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 23-1-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 200 വീതം (ഇരുന്നൂറ് രൂപ) + വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

The tenders should be addressed to the Chief Chemical Examiner to Government, Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, P. H. Lab Compound, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-35. The last date for receipt of completed tenders is 27-1-2012 at 11 a. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at date and time specified above, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at the time. Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms with specification of items on which tenders are to be submitted. The cost of tender forms will be made only on Indian Rupees and is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required, will be issued. But tender forms will be issued against the receipt of money order with postal charges. Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD of 1% of total cost of tendered items along with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 25-1-2012, 4 p. m.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept/reject/postpone any tender without assigning any reasons. Further details if any required can be had from this office during office hours in working days.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില നികുതിയടക്കം നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ അടച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ള കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനർക്ക് ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
