Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of following items Cooking Gas equipments and pipe line Fixing for ` 60,000 under Students Aminities Scheme 2011-12 (Plan).
The tender should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Cooking Gas equipments and pipe line Fixing for ` 60,000 under Students Aminities Scheme 2011-12 (Plan)" and addressed to the Warden, Government College Hostel, Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p. m. on 27-1-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 27-1- 2012 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Warden, Government College Hostel, Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 (Including Tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances demand draft for ` 416 on a local branch of S. B. T. drawn in favour of the Warden, Government College Hostel, Kottayam and self addressed stamped cover should be enclosed with the application for tender forms to be sent by post. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 27-1-2012.
Cheques or Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 208 (Inclussive of taxes) per copy. If 27-1-2012 happened to be a holiday the procedure will be continued on the next working day as per the time schedule mentioned above.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2012. An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp paper worth ` 100 should be enclosed with the tender. Demand Draft for ` 600 (1% of total Cost) on the local branch of SBT/SBI drawn in favour of the Warden, Government College Hostel, Kottayam should be submitted along with the tender as Earnest Money Deposit.

The filled in tenders should reach in this office on or before 30-1-2012 at 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 30-1-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Dates of tender invited for the supply of Computer, Laptop, Printer etc. to this College under the scheme of Career & Councelling Cell UGC XI Plan (Tender No. 8/2011-12 UGC) is extended as follows.
Tender forms can be had from the College office on payment of ` 416 in cash or by money order till 8-2- 2012 at 11 a. m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained. Those who required tender form by post, a sum of ` 50 will be added towards registered postal charges. Money Order should reach the office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales. Cost of tender forms will not be refunded.
The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelop as "Tender No. 8/2011-12 (UGC) supply of Computer, Laptop, Printer etc. under Career & Councelling Cell UGC XI Plan" and addressed to the Principal, T. The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 15/2011-12(Plan) Supply of Audio System, Interactive Board, LCD Projector etc. to Malayalam Audio Visual Library and Seminar Hall under the scheme of Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC (Plan) 2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502, Malappuram District. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 8-2-2012 at 2 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1% of total cost of the equipments to be quoted as EMD. Short/term/fixed deposit receipts should not be accepted towards EMD. EMD carry not interest. The rate, VAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The prices should be valid upto 31-3-2012. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ ` 630 അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ വേ≠വർ തപാൽ ചെലവ് ` 40 കൂടി അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെകൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി. അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് ` 30 ആയിരിക്കണം. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെകൂടെ ` 100 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേ≠ി അധികമായി ` 120 മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 315 അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.
