Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following item from authorized dealers/manufactures to Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalammukku, Thiruvananthapuram.

Name of Items—Tent with accessories—20 Nos.

PAC—` 4,32,000.

EMD—1% of quoted amount.

Cost of tender form:

Orginal—` 900 + VAT @ 4%.

Duplicate—` 450 + VAT @ 4%.

The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item each in separate sealed cover addressed to the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalammukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003, Phone: 0471-2434098. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 31-1-2012 at 3 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will be start with effect from 20-1-2012, 11 a. m. and will be closed at 12 Noon on 31-1-2012. The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p. m . on 31-1-2012.

Intending tenderers may give application to The Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the Director, Ground Water Department, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Drafts or Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender form will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be submitted with each tender form. Stamp Paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of ` 165 (` 100 for Stamp Paper and ` 65 for Postal and incidental charges) which may be remitted by money order along with cost of tender forms.

All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to this tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons thereof.

കേരള ഭൂജല വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി യഥാർ∞ നിർമ്മാതാ ക്കൾ/അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

സാധനത്തിന്റെ വിവരണം—ടെന്റ ് വിത്ത് അക്സസ്സറീസ്്—

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1 %.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:

അസ്സൽ —` 900 + 4% വാറ്റ്.

പകർപ്പ് —` 450+4% വാറ്റ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കമായോ മണി യോർഡർ ആയോ (തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല.) അടച്ച് ഒറിജിനൽ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ/അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റുമാർ/വിതരണക്കാർ എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സഹിതം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്ടർ, ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്, അമ്പലമുക്ക്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-03 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഓരോ വകകൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്രചെയ്ത ഓരോ കവറിലും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത് വകകൾക്ക് ഉള്ളതാണെന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ, ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്, ജല വി⁄ാനഭവൻ, അമ്പലമുക്ക് കവടിയാർ പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-3 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 31-1-2012-ന് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി എത്തിക്കേ≠ തുമാകുന്നു. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 31-1-2012 വൈകിട്ട് 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസു കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 20-1-2012-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 31-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. കേരള ത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം നൽകുന്ന തിലേക്ക് `165 മണിയോർഡർ ആയി ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇതിൽ 65 രൂപ പോസ്റ്റൽ ചാർ÷ിനാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ/പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ/ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1 ശതമാനം ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാ സുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷ്പിതമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധി ദിവസമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
