TENDER NOTICE

No. 15121/B3/2011/Sty. 31st December 2011.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the

following Straw Board as per details below.

1. Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted.

Tender Number and Name of Item—122/2011-12— Straw Board (RA1) x 2000 gsm (524.6 kg per ream of 500 sheets) IS: 2617/1967—75 Tonne.

Cost of tender form :

Original—` 2,809.

Duplicate—` 1,457.

Date and time for sale of tender form—6-2-2012,

4 p. m.

number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application/M.O. Coupon. The tender forms are not transferable. The last date and time fixed for receipt of tender is 3 p. m. on the date fixed for opening of tender. If date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday it will be opened at 4 p. m. on the next working day.

3. The covers containing the tenders shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and item and addressed to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tenders.

4. Every tenderer shall send along with his tender an agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and furnish 1% of the total cost of the material as Earnest Money Deposit. Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted in Cash/Demand Draft/ FDR taken in favour of Controller of Stationery with due endorsement. No bidder except SSI Units having Registration with the Stores Purchase shall be exempted from the EMD/Bid Security vide G. O. (P) No. 448/05/Fin. dated 13-10-2005. The facility of purchases against Form-D stands withdrawn vide Govt. of India notification on 29th March, 2007 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956.

5. A specimen of the preliminary agreement deed is appended to the tender form. Tenders received without the Agreement Deed, Earnest Money Deposit and Samples will be rejected out right.

Further details, if any, can be had from the office of the undersigned during the office hours.

6. Sufficient samples should be sent along with the tender. The samples should strictly conform to the specifications, otherwise the offer well not be considered Traders who are not manufacturers, should clearly specify the details of manufacturer in the samples.

7. Other things being equal, preference will be given to goods bearing ISI Certification mark and in the absence of Certification marks, products conforming house recognized by the BIS. Offers for articles with ISI mark should be accompanied by a duly attested copy of the latest valid license issued by BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതണം. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠ത്. അതാത് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിനായി നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിൽ 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അതേദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തുമാണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽനിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന്റെ തലേദിവസം 4 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ്. താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേ≠ി സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയോ (സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക മേൽ വിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും. ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ്to IS: specification. Where uncertified goods are ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം supplied by the seller with a claim of conformity വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ to the relevant Indian Standards, it is his അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് responsibility to produce a Certificate of conformity ഫോറത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില കൂടി from the Bureau of Indian Standards or any test ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ്

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്ഥലത്തിനും മാറ്റം

ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ്

വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തതും കേരളത്തിനകത്തുള്ളതുമായ

SSI യൂണിറ്റുകൾ ഒഴികെ, ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠താണ്.
