Sealed competitive tenders are invited for False Ceiling work and side and End fencing at the roof of Drawing class in the main block of IPT and GPTC, Shoranur as specified below.

Tender should be addressed to the principal, IPT and GPTC Shoranur in a sealed cover with the Tender No. CE 01/2011-12 and Tender Name, False Ceiling Work and side and End fencing at the roof in the main block, duly superscribed on the cover. Approximate Cost ` 93,500

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Items to Government Engineering College, Kannur.

Approximate Cost—` 1,32,500.

EMD—1% of quoted rate.

The tenders should be superscribed No. D3/2969/2011 and addressed to The Principal, Government College of Engineering, P. O. Parassinikkadavu, Kannur-670 563. Last date of receipt of tender is on 7-2-2012 at 11 a. m. and the tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 8-2-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to The Principal, Government College of Engineering, P. O. Parassinikkadavu, Kannur-670 563 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416 (including Tax AST or ST) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 6-2-2012. Cheques, Postage Stamps, D. D., I. P. O. etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent as per VPP.

Duplicate forms, if required will be issued at ` 208 (Including Tax).

Those who want tender form by post should sent an additional amount of ` 27 towards the postal charge.

Tender form will be issued only after publication of notification in the Daily.
