അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻെറ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയി ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയപരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the K.S.E.B., Payyannur has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 7,60,740 (Rupees Seven lakhs Sixty Thousand Seven hundred and Forty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Sunil Kumar who met with a fatal accident on 29-3-2011 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Thalipparamba Circle, it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS

workman should prefer their claims, in writing before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above.
