RE-TENDER NOTICE
[No. 12/2011-12]
No. 3-37238/2011/AHD. 2nd January 2012.
Sealed and competitive tenders are invited from the manufacturers/suppliers for the purchase of Floor Cleaner under "Intensive Mastitis Control Programme" for the use of Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala for the year 2011-12.
1. Specification of the item with rate as basic price, rate of tax and total amount.
2. Original tender form duly signed by authorized signatory.
3. Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
5. Attested copy of certificate of Market Standing for the last 3 years and Non Conviction of the firm, issued by the concerned authority of the State where the products are manufactured.
6. An affidavit in Stamp Paper worth ` 50 notarized by a Notary Public of either the place where the person making the affidavit is residing or of Thiruvananthapuram signed by the owner of the firm.
7. Copy of WHO, ISO Certification, if any.
8. A covering letter with name, address, Pin Code, Tel/Fax No., E-mail address and other details of the firm in which the list of enclosures are specified and address to the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram.
Cover with the above documents must be put in a cover and effectively sealed and submitted. Cover will be opened as per the schedule given below. The details can be had from the tender form or Government of Kerala Website—www.kerala.gov.in and the department website ahdkerala.gov.in. Intending tenderers may collect the tenders from the Office of the Director of Animal Husbandry between 10.30 a. m. and 4 p. m. on paying the exact amount of the tender or may send exact amount towards the cost of tender form with the postal charges for sending the tender as money order only. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders and Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender form nor the form can be obtained by Value Payable Post. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 12/2011-12 for the purchase of Floor Cleaner under Intensive Mastitis Control Programme" for the use of Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala for the year 2011-12.
Price of tender form :
Original—` 900 + VAT @ 4% = ` 900 + ` 36 = ` 936.
Duplicate—` 500 + VAT @ 4% = ` 500 + ` 20 = ` 520.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—
7-2-2012 at 4 p. m.
Due date and time for submitting tenders (Cover A and B)—8-2-2012, 4 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tenders—9-2-2012, 11 a. m.
Date up to which the rates are to be firm for acceptance—31-3-2012.

3. All offers should be from ready stock in the original packing of the manufacturer.
4. The Security Deposit furnished will be released only after satisfactory completion of the contract.
5. The rates should be for delivery f. o. r. at the destinations specified in the supply order.
6. Ex-godown rates and f. o. r. Station of despatch rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be summarily rejected.
7. On the label of each packing it should be inscribed "For the use of Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala".
8. The quantities specified in the schedule are only approximate and they may vary according to actual need.
9. The successful tenderers should complete all suppliers within the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.
10. The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of raw materials, transportation problems etc. will not be accepted as reasons for non-supply or late supply.
11. The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency
and payment will be made in Indian Currency only.
12. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
13. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
14. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Specification
Floor Cleaner 0.5 li x 3000 Nos.-each 100 ml should contain glutaraldehyde BP 10 gm, 1, 6 dihydroxy 2, 5 dioxyhexance 10.3 gm, Poly methyl urea 4.6 gm.
CONDITIONS
1. The item should be of latest standards and s h o u l d have minimum 5/6 shelf life left under normal storage condition at the time of supply.
2. The rates quoted should be with Basic Price, Tax 15. The Director of Animal Husbandry on his authority has the right to inspect the manufacturing unit.
16. If any of the dates scheduled for recepit and opening of tenders is declared as a holiday, (general/local) the receipt and opening of tenders will be shifted to the consecutive working day.
17. Name and place to which the items are to be supplied will be specified in the supply order. However the tenderer should be ready to supply at any part of the State.
18. After scrutiny of tenders, the successful tenderer should produce the documents specified in Cover "A" in original, for verification, before forwarding the proposal to Government.
19. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the rights to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.
20. Sample of the quoted items intended to supply should be produced separately at the time of submitting tenders.

Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/ suppliers for the supply and installation of all Automatic Egg Setters and Accessories for the use of Regional Poultry Farm, Manarcadu, Kottayam-19, Kerala under Peoples Campaign Programme 2011-12. The list and specification of items to be supplied are attached along with the tender form.
Estimate—` 3,75,000.
Price of tender form :
Original—` 750 + VAT @ 4% = ` 780 .
Duplicate—` 375 + VAT @ 4% = ` 390.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—
4-2-2012 at 4 p. m.
Last date and time for submitting tenders—
6-2-2012 at 2 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tenders—6-2-2012 at 3 p. m.
Period of firmness—31-3-2012.
The tender forms and details are available from the office of the undersigned in all working hours between 11 a. m. to 4 p. m. Intending tenderers paying the exact amount of the tender or may send the exact amount towards the cost of tender forms with postal charge as money order only. Cheques, Pay Order and DD are not accepted. The cost of tender forms are not refundable and tender forms without EMD or preliminary agreement are not accepted.
The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers, or his authorised representatives who may be present at the time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reasons. The tenders will be finalise subjected to final scrutiny and approval of General Committee, District Panchayath, Kottayam.
Other details and specifications of the tender will be supplied along with the tender forms. The successfull tenderers should remit 5% of the tender amount as security deposit.
