RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. B2-891/2010-11. 3rd January 2012.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Generator for an amount of ` 7,00,000 limited, towards the fund allotted under Plan for 2011-12 to the Government Law College, Thrissur.
The last date for receipt of tender form in this office at 2.30 p. m. on 7-2-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted on any account. Tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on same day in the presence of those tenderer or their nominees who may be presented at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal obtain requisite tender forms in which tender should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,575 including VAT and for duplicate ` 788 including VAT which is not refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 7-2-2012.
Tender forms are non transferable. Cheques, D. D. and Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Those who require tender forms by post should be sent the cost of tender form of ` 1,602 by Money Order. Tenders should also be accompanied by requisite EMD (1%). More details can be had from the Principal during working hours. The payment towards the items supplied will be made only after getting the certificate from the competent authority in this regard.
The Principal reserves the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
തൃശ്ശൂർ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ലോ കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ അനുവദിച്ച ഫ≠ിൽ (` 7,00,000) നിന്നും ജനറേറ്റർ (ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ, വയറിംഗ്, കമ്മീഷനിംഗ് മറ്റുള്ളവയടക്കം) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "2011-12 വർഷത്തിൽ ഡിജിറ്റൽ ജനറേറ്റർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ലോ കോളേജ്, തൃശ്ശൂർ-680 003 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 7-2-2012, 2.30 മണി വരെയാകുന്നു. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 7-2-2012-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്ക് ആ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ തന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 1,575 (വിൽപ്പന നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 788 ആകുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 7-2-2012-ാം തീയതി 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കു ന്നവർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 1,602 (തപാൽ ചാർ÷് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ കാണിച്ച വിലയുടെ 1 % ഇ. എം. ഡി. കൂടി അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധമായ കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വിതരണം ചെയ്ത സാമഗ്രിയുടെ ഗുണമേ∑ സർക്കാർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏതെങ്കിലും സാങ്കേതിക സ്ഥാപനം ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ പേയ്മെന്റ ് നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ.
യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ റദ്ദു ചെയ്യു വാനുള്ള അവകാശം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാകുന്നു.

The filled in tenders should reach in this office on or before 6-2-2012, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 6-2-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods under Plan Scheme–Maintenance of play ground and other sports facilities for a total amount of ` 65,000. The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 52/2011-12, for the supply of Sports Goods- Plan Scheme 2011-12" and addressed to "The Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery- 6." Sale of tender form will be closed on 6-2-2012, at 2.30 p.m. The last date for receipt of tender form at 3 p.m. on 6-2-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 6-2-2012 in presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6, obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is ` 420. Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 420 at the office or by Money Order which is the price fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of ` 30. Tender form if required by post an additional amount of ` 40 should be sent.
An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of ` 120 (` 100 for Stamp Paper and ` 20 for incidental expenses). Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at ` 210 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form.
