SHORT TENDER NOTICES

No. 2/HECE/2011-12. 4th January 2012.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply and installation of Computers and accessories to Harbour Engineering Department, Kamaleswaram, Manacaud P. O., Thiruvananthapuram.
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Computer and accessories" and addressed to the Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department, Manacaud P.O., Kamaleswaram, Thiruvananthapuram-9. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 7-2-2012.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Chief Engineer, Harbour Engineering Department obtain the requisite tender forms from 23-1-2012 to 30-1-2012 on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 3,500 + 4% VAT, which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 30-1-2012. Last date of receipt of tender is at 3 p.m. on 7-2-2012. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent by VPP. Intending tenderers should have service centres throughout the State. They should submit address of service centres with phone number along with the tender. The firm should supply and install the materials in the Sub Offices of Harbour Engineering Department located in various districts of Kerala State.
Intending tenderer should quote rate separately for personal Computers and accessories and that for Laser Printer. The tenderer can quote rate of different firms for the supply of materials including the name of the firm for different make. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all cost of materials, taxes, duties, delivery at site, installation, training etc. Maximum period of guarantee that can be given and period of delivery should be shown separately.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, ഹാർബർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പിൽ നിന്നും 23-1-2012 മുതൽ 30-1-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ ` 3,500 + 4% നികുതി അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില പണമായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കാരിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ടെ≠റിനും ബാധകമാണ്.
