agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be executed along with the tenders. Money Orders will be entertained only upto 4-2-2012 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in Money Order coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 will not be accepted on any account.

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്ക് ഗ്യാതറിംഗ് മെഷീനുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 13-2-2012, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമാരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 38/2011-12 for the supply of Gathering Machines is invited by the undersigned. The tenders should reach this office on or before 13-2-2012 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised rerpresentatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 25,000 +VAT@ 12.5% for original form and ` 12,500+VAT @ 12.5% for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal charges of ` 32. The tender forms are not transferable. അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 38/2011 -12 ഗ്യാതറിംഗ് മെഷീനുകളുടെ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് " എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 25,000+വാറ്റ് 12.5% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 12,500+വാറ്റ് 12.5% നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള ` 32 സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുക യുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല. മണിയോർഡർ 4-2-2012 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കു കയുള്ളു. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 39/2011-12 ത്രീ വേ ട്രിമ്മിംഗ് മെഷീൻ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്" എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു ക ി ട്ട ു ന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
