It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Acacia timber collected from the various Acacia Plantations in Palode and Paruthipally Ranges of Thiruvananthapuram division, will be sold in Tender/auction sale as per the schedule furnished below subject to the detailed Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49 dated 14-12-2010 in Forest sheet page No. 589 to 595 by Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram, vide Notification No. Pro.(5)-5628/2010 dated 2-12-2010 and other rules and conditions in force. Tender forms will be available in Divisional Forest Office, Thiruvananthapuram and Forest Range Office, Palode and Paruthipally on payment of ` 200 and VAT. Tenders will be accepted till the date fixed for Tender/auction sale upto 9 a. m. in Range Office, Palode/ Paruthipally as the case may be. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be entertained. If the date for Tender/Auction happens to a public holiday, harthal or strike, the auction sale will be held in the next working day at the scheduled time and place. Tenders will be opened immediately after the auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quantity and quality of the materials put up for Tender/auction sale and no complaints will be entertained later on regarding the same. Further details of Tender/ auction sale will be available from the Range Office, Palode and Paruthipally. Materials taken to stock up to the day before the auction will be included in sale and hence the quantity shown is approximate. If there is no bid or part bid in the 1st day of auction, the remaining materials will be put up for sale on subsequent dates and time shown in the schedule.

The Auctioning Officer has discretion to conduct the auction completely or partially and to postphone the auction without assigning any reason, thereof.

sealed tenders are invited from the authorised contractors of PWD for the following work on or before 22nd February 2012, 3 p. m. Tender forms can be obtained from this office before 1 p. m. after paying the value and tax. The tender can be submitted till 3 p. m., 2012 Febru- ary 22nd and will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on the same day. If the date fixed for the tender happens to be declared holiday, all the proceedings will be done on the next working day with the same time schedule stipulated above. നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് മുകളിൽ പറയുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ പരിശോധിച്ച് ഗുണനിലവാരം ബോദ്ധ്യ പ്പെടുത്താവുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിന് ശേഷം ഗുണനില വാരം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതികളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

2. ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് അവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയു ന്നതിന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു കമ്മീഷനോ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസറോ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്/ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിക്കേ താണ്.

പെരിയാർ ടൈഗർ റിസർവ്വ് വെസ്റ്റ് ഡിവിഷനിലെ അഴുത റെയിഞ്ചിലെ or-01/2007-ാം നമ്പർ കേസിലുൾപ്പെട്ട 61 (എ) പ്രകാരം ക ുകെട്ടിയ താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനം ലേലം കൊള്ളുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും മുദ്ര വെച്ചതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം 2012 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസം 22-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് സംഖ്യ യുടെ 50% (നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സംഖ്യ നിരത ദ്രവ്യത്തിനേക്കാൾ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ അട ച്ച തുക വിജയിയായ ദർഘാസുകാരന് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം തന്നെ തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് തുക ` 10,000-ൽ കുറവാണ് എങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഒടുക്കണം.

7. ദർഘാസുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ അധികാര ത്തിന് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ108 KERALA GAZETTE [Part III നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

8. ദർഘാസുകൾ അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പു കിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി സംഖ്യയും നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതികളും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ താണ്.

9. 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ബാക്കി സംഖ്യയും നികുതികളും അടച്ച് നീക്കം ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ആവ ശ്യപ്പെടുന്നപക്ഷം മറ്റൊരു 15 ദിവസംകൂടി സംഖ്യയ്ക്ക് 12% പലിശയും ദിവസം ` 20 നിരക്കിൽ ഇരുപ്പു വാട കയും വസൂലാക്കി അനുവദിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഇതിന ുശേഷം കാലാവധി നീട്ടി അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇപ്രകാരം വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയ ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാ ദിത്വത്തിൽ ലേലത്തിലോ ടെ ർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലോ പ ുനർ വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതും ആയതിൽ ഉാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം അടച്ച തുകയും ശേഷമുള്ളതു നിയമാനുസൃതം വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയ ദർഘാസുകാരിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

The tenders received will be opened by the Assistant Conservator of Forests or any other officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the office of the social Forestry Division, Olavakkode, Palakkad. Tender form can be purchased from the office of the Assistant Conservator of Forests, social Forestry Division, Palakkad on any of the working days and till 1 p.m. on 16-2-2012. The registered contractors will be supplied with the tender forms only on the production of their registration cards. The price of the tender form is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tenders received after the due time and date and not accompanied by proper Earnest Money Deposit will not normally be entertained. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Kerala Government stamp paper worth `100 will be rejected. Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the under signed on behalf of Governor of Kerala in the prescribed form from eligible contractors registered with Kerala PWD for following civil works in Kozhikode Forest Division in Kuttiady Range during 2011-12. The tender is fixed to be conducted on 15-2-2012. The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m. on 15-2-2012. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The tender documents should be properly filled up and should be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on 15-2-2012. It should be accompanied by all necessary documents, along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD, or fixed deposit or National saving Certificate or any approved certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending tenderers should furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth ` 100 along with tender for the work. Incomplete tenders, or tenders without necessary documents or tender not in accordance with tender conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened and scrutinized at 2.30 p. m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are present at the time by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer authorized by him. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves the right to reject any tender either partly or in full, without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender date happens to be a holiday or the tender could not be conducted on the notified date, due to any other reasons, the tender will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day, as per the same conditions as detailed below.
