Whereas, the shriram General insurance company has deposited with this court an amount of ` 5,50,089 (Rupees Five Lakh fifty thousand and eighty nine only) as workmen's compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman sri sinojan, P. V. who met with a fatal accident on 22-5-2009 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Iritty, it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's compensation Act, 192

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased Workman should prefer their claims, in writing before the commissioner for Workmen's compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭി ച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അവധി കഴി ഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Mananthavady, has deposited with this court an amount of ` 7,83,560 (Rupees Seven lakh eighty three thousand five hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman sri siji Joseph who met with a fatal accident on 17-11-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Sulthan Bathery it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's compensation Act, 1923.
