SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. A4/950/2010. 20th January 2012.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Electrical Wiring and Computer networking in English Language Lab for an amount of ` 60,000 (Rupees Sixty thousand only) to K.K.T.M. Government College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Pin-680 663 under UGC 11th Plan.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for Electrical Wiring and Computer networking in English Language Lab to the college under UGC Fund and should be addressed to the Principal, K.K.T.M. Government College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Kerala State, Pin-680 663. Last date of receipt of tender will be 2 p.m. on 21-2-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 21-2-2012 in the presence of such tenderers or representatives who may be present at that time.

which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on every day. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form or will not be sent by V.P.P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 21-2-2012.

Duplicate forms if required will be issued at ` 200+4% VAT per copy. Those who wish to receive the tender forms by post may sent a self addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope in addition to the cost of tender forms.

പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമു≠െങ്കിൽ പകർപ്പ് ഒന്നിന് ` 200+4% വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 21-2-2012-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്ന് താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച് മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയക്കേ≠താണ്.

(Sd.) ആയിരിക്കും. മേൽ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്കുള്ളിൽ അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളുടെയോ അവർ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. പ്രസ്തുത ഫോറത്തിന് ` 400+4% വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മണിയോർഡറായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ചെക്ക്,പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, എന്നിവ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ
