RE-TENDER NOTICE

No. M1-19220/2011. 3rd February 2012.

Sealed tenders are invited for the establishment of Gas Cooking System in Sub Jail, Perinthalmanna.

P. A. C.—` 20,000.

The tender should be superscribed with the number, name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, Sub Jail, Perinthalmanna.

Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E. M. D. will be at 3 p. m. on 22-2-2012 and will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted by cash remittance as detailed below:

Original—` 300 + 4% VAT.

Duplicate—` 150 + 4% VAT.

The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 21-2-2012.

Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Further details regarding the site, specifications etc. are available from the office of the Superintendent, Sub Jail, Perinthalmanna during office hours.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 21-2-2012-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കു ന്നതാണ്.

കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് നിരക്ക് 31-3-2012 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലു≠ാ യിരിക്കണം. പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ സബ്ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രൊക്കം പണമടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്കായി പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ സബ്ജയിൽ സൂപ്ര≠ിനെ സമീപിക്കേ≠താണ്.
