ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്ത പട്ടിക കൊല്ലം താലൂക്കിൽ കൊല്ലം ഈസ്റ്റ് വില്ലേജിൽ കണ്ണമത്ത്-ആറ്റുചിറ റോഡിന്റെ വികസന ത്തിനുവേ≠ി പൊന്നുംവിലക്കെടുത്ത് സർവ്വേ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഫീൽഡ് നമ്പരുകളാണ.് സർവ്വേയെക്കുറിച്ച് എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപം ഉള്ളവർ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 3 മാസ ത്തിനകം സർവ്വേയുടെ ചുമതലയുള്ള കൊല്ലം പൊന്നുംവില സ്പെഷ്യൽ തഹശീൽദാർ മുമ്പാകെ (എൽ. എ. നമ്പർ-2 മിനി സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ, കു≠റ) സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ തൃശ്ശൂർ താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെ പേര് പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവരുന്ന എല്ലാ ഭൂവുടമകളുടേയും ഭൂമിയുടെ അതിരുകൾ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തുകയും, പേര്, വിസ്തീർണ്ണം എന്നിവ തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഓഫീസിൽ ഭൂവുടമകളുടേയും ഇതര താൽപ്പര്യക്കാരുടേയും അറിവിലേ ക്കായി വെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ പ്രസ്തുത റിക്കാർഡുകൾ അതിനു ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർവ്വെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ സഹായ ത്തോടെ ഓഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതും, അതിനുമേൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും അപ്പീലുകൾ ഉള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 (മുപ്പത്) ദിവസത്തിനകം ഭൂമികേരളം പദ്ധതി തൃശ്ശൂർ യൂണിറ്റ് ഓഫീസർക്ക് നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ഇതുപ്രകാരം റിക്കാർഡു കൾ പരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ പോകുന്നവർ അവർക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമിയിൻമേലുള്ള അവകാശം കാണിക്കുന്ന റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയതിന്റെ അസ്സൽകൂടെ കൊ≠ുവരേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസത്തിനകം റിക്കാർഡുകൾ പരിശോധിച്ച് അപ്പീൽ സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകളിൽ കാണിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ള ഭൂവുടമകളുടെ പേര്, ഭൂമിയുടെ അതിർത്തി, വിസ്തീർണ്ണം എന്നിവ ഫൈനലായി പരിഗണിച്ച് സർവെ അതിരടയാളനിയമം 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ഫൈനൽ നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. സർവെ സമയത്ത് തർക്കം ഉന്നയിച്ച് തീരുമാനം എടുത്തു സർവെ അതിരടയാള നിയമം 10-ാം വകുപ്പ് 2-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം തീരുമാനം അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂവുടമകൾക്ക് ഈ അറിയിപ്പ് ബാധകമല്ല.
