Ranked List No. 384/2011/DOH.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 13-12-2008 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List Published on 3-8-2010 for selection to the post of Process Server (Category No. 120/ 2007) on ` 2650-4150 (PR) in Judicial Department in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 18-8-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 78 (Seventy Eight) marks or above in the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee".
21st FEB. 2012] KERALA GAZETTE 294Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 State PSC-99-Other receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
Valid applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts along with the original chalan receipt addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Script is 1-10-2011. Applications for rechecking /obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List, to get the benefit of reservation which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

കുറിപ്പ്: —(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയ മായി തീർത്തും സോപാധിക മായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(3) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെ ട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ (വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഒഴികെ) അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ- അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി എന്നിവയും, മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയി ക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങ ളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി പാലക്കാട് സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷനിലുള്ള ജില്ലാ പി.എസ്.സി.
ഓഫീസിൽ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും തീയതിയിലും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും, സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ ≠താണ്. പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പേരുകൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.
(4) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത 2 ഫോട്ടോയും (പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ്) തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം. ഇലക്ഷൻ എെഡന്റ ിറ്റി കാർഡ്, പാൻ കാർഡ്, ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ്, സാമൂഹ്യക്ഷേമവകുപ്പ് വികലാംഗർക്കായി നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്, ദേശസാത്കൃത ബാങ്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച പാസ്സ് ബുക്ക്, സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവർ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ് എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയായി ഹാജരാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
(5) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
(6) സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുള്ള പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ ജി.ഒ.(പി) നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ് സി/എസ് റ്റി ഡിഡി തീയതി 26-9-2009 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
21st FEB. 2012] KERALA GAZETTE 319സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ തഹശീൽദാരിൽനിന്നും 22-3-2005-നു ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-നുശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ത്.

(7) വിമു‡ഭടൻമാർ, കായികതാരങ്ങൾ, അംഗ വൈകല്യം സംഭവിച്ചവർ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേകാനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉ േ ദ ്യ ാ ഗ ാ ർ ∞ ി ക ൾ േ ന ര ി ട്ട ല്ല ാ െ ത ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(8) സാധ്യതാപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകാൻ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(9) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠ താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സമയ വിവരപ്പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേ ദിവസം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.
(10) സാധ്യതാപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വികലാംഗരായ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടേയും അസ്സൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന, യോഗ്യത നിർണ്ണയത്തിനുള്ള ഇന്റർവ്യൂ എന്നിവയുടെ സമയവും തീയതിയും പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിന് അ വ ർ ക്ക ് വ ്യ ‡ ി ഗ ത ക ത്ത ു ക ൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(3) സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപകർപ്പുകൾ (നേരത്തെ ഹാജരാക്കാത്തവർ) അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(4) പരീക്ഷയിൽ 25 (ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപ പട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
(5) ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള തും, 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ്.സി/എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(6) ജ ാ ത ി - സ മ ു ദ ാ യ ം - സ ം വ ര ണ ാ ന ു ക ൂ ല ്യ ത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച പുതിയ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ ര≠് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തര കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട വരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
