RE-TENDER NOTICES

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Repainting and maintenance work of Doors and Windows at Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram.

Tenders should be superscribed "Repainting and maintenance work of Doors and Windows" addressed to the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 6-3-2012. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 6-3-2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Govt. Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted along with the specification of the material to be supplied. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 628 (cost of tender form ` 600 + VAT ` 28) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 6-3-2012. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at ` 314 (cost of tender form ` 300, VAT ` 14) per copy.

(5) Painting with synthetic channel paint two coat over a coat of primer.

(6) Labour engaged for cleaning the waste materials.

(7) Plastering with C. M. 1:4, 12mm thick to the damaged portions.

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The rate quoted shall remain firm for one year from the date of acceptance of the tender. The Superintendent, Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender, without stating any reason.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ വാർഡുകളിലെ ഇളകിയ ജനാലകളും വാതിലുകളും പണി ചെയ്ത് പെയിന്റ ് അടിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും, ടോയ്ലറ്റ് കവറുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും താല്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം തയ്യാറാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 6-3-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ പണി ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിയ്ക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസ രണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന 6-3-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം പണി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരു ദർഘാ സിന്റെ വില ` 628 (` 600+28 വാറ്റ്) (ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 314).

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം പണിയ്ക്കാവശ്യമായ മൊത്തം നിരക്കിന്റെ 1% (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെൻഡറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

(1) Repairing the doors and windows, shutters for easy opening and closing.

(2) Scraping and cleaning the old painted doors and windows thoroughly with machine after removing the shutters from frame and refixing it after the work is completed.

(3) S/F 100 mm iron but hinges after removing the damaged one.

(4) Supplying and fixing 4 mm thick plain glass to the windows and ventilators after removing the broken one.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയുടെ മുൻവശത്തെ നടപ്പാത ക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും വാഹനങ്ങൾ പാർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ രീതിയിൽ പ്രത്യേക സ്ഥലം ചങ്ങല കെട്ടി തിരിക്കുന്നതിനും താല്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

DETAILES OF WORK

1. Raising the existing drain using cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm BS

2. Plastering with C.M.1:2, 12mm thick two coat to the drain

3. Filling the yard with M.sand and 6 mm chips including cost up all materials and labour 4. Dismantling the existing damaged RRN around trees and clearing the site

5. Maronory work using cement concrete block using the C.M. 1:6 including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete.

6. Plastering with C.M.1:4 12mm thick one coat etc. complete

7. Labour engaged for cleaning the waste materials.
