28th FEB. 2012] CO-OPERATIVE DEPARTMENT 29സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ കത്തി നശിച്ച് പോയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും സംഘത്തിന്റെ ആസ്തി ബാധ്യതകൾ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്താൻ കഴിയാത്തതിനാലും ടി സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്നും സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ആഡിറ്റ് ഫീസിനത്തിൽ അടയ്ക്കുവാനു≠ായിരുന്ന ` 480.30 കോമൺ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ഫ≠ിൽ നിന്നും പിൻവലിച്ച് അടച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും മറ്റ് സർക്കാർ ബാധ്യതകൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാലും 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണെന്ന് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം പീരുമേട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറു (ജനറൽ)-ടെ ശുപാർശ പരിഗണിച്ച് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
