NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Trisa Enterprises Private Limited, 29/472/1, "Vaishnav", Vellat Lane, Thrissur-680 001, at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 7th January 2012 have resolved in terms of Section 484(1) (b) of the Companies Act, 1956 to wind-up the company voluntarily and appointed Mrs. Vijayalakshmy Sivaraman Nambilipurath, D/o Venketaraman Sreenivasan, residing at 2, Capital Regency, TC 30/217, West Fort Road, Punkunnam, Thrissur-680 002 as a liquidator of the company.
