In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 and 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri T. V. Babu Cherukara, Advocate, C.C. No. 56/ 3070, Tripthi Lane, Manorama Junction, Ernakulam, Kochi-682 016 as notary for a further period of five years with effect from 21-11-2011 in the area comprising Kanayannur Taluk in the Thiruvananthapuram, 1st February 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri K. Soman Nair, Advocate, Sree Radha Mandiram, Kuzhikonam, Mancha, Nedumangadu P.O. as notary for a further period of five years with effect from 14-1-2012 inRevenue District of Ernakulam and the area of practice is the area comprising the Revenue District of further extended to the entire Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram with Register No. 113/97/TVPM. Ernakulam with effect from 1-2-2012 up to 20-11-2016 with Register No. 32/97/EKM. (3) No. 22418/H3/2011/Law.
