തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 19-10-2011-ലെ സി. എസ്. 5/7488/94-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം എന്നെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ എെരാണിമുട്ടം വില്ലേജിൽ മണക്കാട് പി. ഒ.-യിൽ M/s തിരുവനന്തപുരം സിറ്റി പപ്പടം നിർമ്മാണ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ കൊ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റി ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 212-ന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ആയി നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാകുന്നു. ഈ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ആസ്തി ബാദ്ധ്യതകളിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും അവകാശം ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉന്നയിക്കുവാൻ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠ു മാസത്തിനകം ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ ≠താകുന്നു. നി›ിത തീയതിക്ക് ശേഷമു≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു വിധ അവകാശവാദവും പിന്നീട് നിലനിൽക്കുന്നതല്ലായെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Whereas, the affairs of the Kuttichal Vanitha ICS Ltd. No. S. Ind. T 788 has been ordered to be Liquidated as per proceedings No. CS5/5934/03 dated 19-10-2011 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram and the undersigned is appointed as the Liquidator. Notice is hereby given that all the claim against the Society shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or through authorised agent within 2 months from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette. Any claim preferred thereafter will not be considered.
