Whereas, the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, KSEB, Nedumangad has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 6,30,880 (Rupees Six lakh Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependent of the deceased workman Sri B. Padmanabha Pillai who met with a fatal accident on 29-12-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara it is understood that the following person is the dependent of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Whereas, The New India Assurance Company Ltd., Thiruvananthapuram, has deposited with this court an amount of ` 3,84,000 (Rupees Three lakhs Eighty four thousand only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Kumar who met with a fatal accident on 9-1-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.

സതേൺ റെയിൽവെ, പാലക്കാട് എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി 14-6-2011-ാം തീയതി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. കെ. മോഹനൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളി യുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി സതേൺ റെയിൽവെ ` 5,89,800 (അഞ്ചുലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തി യൊമ്പതിനായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറു രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്റ്റിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. കെ. മോഹനന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി തങ്കമണി (ഭാര്യ), (2) ശ്രീമതി രു‹ിണി അമ്മ (മാതാവ്), അപ്പേക്കാട്ട് വീട്, മംഗലം പി. ഒ., ലക്കിടി, ഒറ്റപ്പാലം, പാലക്കാട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് ഒറ്റപ്പാലം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദൈവാന ഫൈബേഴ്സ്, ചിറ്റൂർ, പാലക്കാട് എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി 27-6-2003-ാം തീയതി മരണമടഞ്ഞ സുനിത എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ചിറ്റൂർ തഹശീൽദാർ (RR) ` 3,70,496 (മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപതിനായിരത്തി നാന്നൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്റ്റിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീമതി സുനിതയുടെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീ. രാമകൃഷ്ണൻ (പിതാവ്), (2) ശ്രീമതി സുലോചന (മാതാവ്) മു≠ിയൻ പറമ്പ്, ആനമാരി പി.ഒ., കൊല്ലങ്കോട്, ചിറ്റൂർ എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് നെൻമാറ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the ICICI General Insurance Company has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,47,160 (Rupees Eight Lakh Fourty Seven Thousand One Hundred and Sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman Sri M. Prashob who met with a fatal accident on 11-8-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Iritty. It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act 1923.
