1. Smt. Sarala A. Warrier, W/o Late Sri. K. G. Achutha Warier @ K.G. A. Warier, T. C. 25/201(3), ASHIYANA, Meltra- A-82, Deepam Apartments, Desabhimani Road, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Smt. Swapna Warrier, D/o. Smt. Sarala A. Warrier, residing at do. do.
3. Snehesh Warrier, S/o. Smt. Sarala A. Warrier, residing at do. do.
Respondent—Nil.
Take notice that the above named Petitioners presented the above petition for getting succession certificate regarding the shares in the name Late Sri. K. G. Achutha Warier @ K.G. A.Warier, who died interstate on 6-4-2009, stating that the Petitioners are the sole legal heirs entitled to inherit the estate of the deceased and that O.P. has been fixed for the hearing of the Petition on 2nd day of April 2012 at 11 a. m. and if anybody has got any objection in allowing the Reliefs prayed in the O.P., either in person or by duly authorized pleader may be appeared in the court in the above date otherwise, the said petition may be heard and determined in favour of the Petitioners.
