Note:—A period of forty five days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.
Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.
"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website/www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not considered".
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for ` 50 under the head of account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee" addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Nil13th MARCH 2012] KERALA GAZETTE 357 Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
The candidates who have secured 48 (forty eight) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short List.
The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application ie. qualification, date of birth, community, experience certificate and other benefits, if any, to which they are entitled to The Under Secretary, GR IV B (Government Wing) Recruitment, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification.
SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are required to produce two copies of Community Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included to the short list, are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO (P) No. 117/08/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008, G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 along with other documents mentioned above as and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Community Certificate/Non Crealmy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as open competition candidates and such candidate who are included in the supplementary lists will not be considered for this selection if they fails to produce NCLC/CC as the case may be.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the Ranked List for the Post. Detailed instructions in this regard will be found in the Ranked List notification for the post.
Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 3-11-2010 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after publication of the Ranked List.
