RE- TENDER NOTICE
No. M1-19231/2011. 26th February 2012.
Sealed tenders are invited for the Establishment of Gas Cooking System in District Jail, Kannur.
P. A. C.—` 50,000.
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, District Jail, Kannur.
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p. m. on 17-3-2012 and will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers/their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted Application for tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance, as detailed below :
Original—` 300 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate—` 150 + 4% VAT.
The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 16-3-2012.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Further details regarding the site, specifications etc. are available from the office of the Superintendent, District Jail, Kannur during office hours.

വില്പന 16-3-2012-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ 1% ഇ.എം.ഡി. സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 17-3-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
താമസിച്ചുലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു
കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
