Sealed tenders are invited for the establishment of Gas Cooking System in Open Prison, Cheemeni.
P. A. C.—` 85,000.
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent, Open Prison, Cheemeni.
Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% e.M.D. will be at 15 hrs. on 21-3-2012 and will be opened at 16 hrs. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers/their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid upto 31-3-2012.
Original—` 400 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate—` 200 + 4% VAT.
The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender form will be closed at 16 hrs. on 20-3-2012.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Further details regarding the site, specifications etc. are available from the Office of the Superintendent, Open Prison, Cheemeni during office hours.
