Whereas, the executive engineer, electrical Division, Kerala state electricity Board, cherthala has deposited with this court a sum of ` 4,35,560 (Four lakhs thirty five thousand five hundred and sixty only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased sri t. M. Mahesh who met with a fatal accident while employed under the electrical Division, Kerala s tate electricity Board, cherthala and whereas it is reported that (1) smt. saranya (Wife), Kandathil, nalukulangara, Parayakkad, Kuthiathode, (2) sri M.K. Mani (Father), thazhappally nikarthil, e zhupunna Vadakku P.o., cherthala, (3) smt. Rajamma Mani (Mother), thazhappally nikarthil, e zhupunna Vadakku P.o., c herthala are his only dependants as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. if no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Jenovah (Wife), Palliathayil, chettikkad, M.s.P.o., Alappuzha, (2) Master Vincent (Mentally Retarded son), Palliathayil, chettikkad, M. s. Whereas, the tahsildar ( R.R.), Kollam has deposited with this court a sum of ` 38,499 (thirty eight thousand four hundred and ninety nine only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased sri sukumaran who met with a fatal accident while employed under smt. Reetha, Manoj enterprises, Kumbalam, Kundara and whereas it is reported that smt. sarasamma (Wife), nattuvathukkal Puthen Veedu, edavattam, Perinad, Kollam is his only dependant as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's compensation Act. on enquiry it is known that smt. sarasamma expired on 15-3-1992. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. if no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the legal heirs of the late smt. sarasamma on production of the legal heirship certificate from the competent authority. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Pushpangadhan, sree niketham, tholicode P. o., Punalur and whereas it is reported that (1) sri Purushothaman (Father), Kailasamangalam, Aanakkulam, Vazhangadu Ward, Piravanthoor,43 KeRALA GAzette [Part iii Vettithitta P. o., (2) smt.
