ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ സി.1547 ആയി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് ആന്റ ് പ്രോസസിംഗ് സഹകരണ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമായതിനാൽ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 (1) (ബി) പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീ കരണത്തിന് സൂചന (1) വഴി ഉത്തരവിടുകയും തളിപ്പ റമ്പ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) കാര്യാലയത്തിലെ ശ്രീകണ്ഠാപുരം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതിനെ തുടർന്ന് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ 29-3-2009-ന് ചാർജെടുക്കുകയും സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
മേൽ സൂചന (2) നടപടിക്രമം വഴി സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 73 പ്രകാരം പൂർത്തിയായതിനാൽ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടു ്.
സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ കാലയളവിലെ കണക്കു കൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലെ എ. ഇ. എൽ. ഓഡിറ്റർ പരിശോധി ച്ചിട്ടു ്. സംഘത്തിൽ നിലവിൽ ആസ്തിബാദ്ധ്യതകൾ ഒന്നും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നില്ല.
മേൽ വസ്തുതകളുടെ വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ കേരള സഹക രണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാരമുപയോഗിച്ച് നമ്പർ സി. 1547 ആയി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെ യ്ത കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് ആന്റ ് പ്രേ ാസസിംഗ് സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തുകൊ ് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സംഘത്തിന്റെ സകല രേഖകളും റിക്കാർഡുകളും കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം ചട്ടം 70 അനുശാസിക്കുംവിധം 3 വർഷക്കാലം സുരക്ഷിതമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കേ താണ്. ടി കാലാവധിക്കു ശേഷം ഈ ആഫീസിന്റെ അനുമതിക്കു വിധേയമായി ആയവ നശിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

But nobody was present for the general body meeting. as per the records available in the society share capital amounting ` 44,200 has to be refunded to the members. But the address and whereabouts of the members are unknown and on claim received so far from anybody and no fund is available for discharging the above liabilities.
in the above circumstances the liquidator requested the Joint registrar of co-operative societies (general), Kannur for permission to write off the unrealizable as- sets and forfeit the undischargeable liabilities. as per the proceedings no. 1020/09/aeL dated 16-2-2011 permission was obtained to forfeit the following liabilities and write off the assets.
